Statistics-BPS of Karanganyar Regency held a Preparatory Meeting for Seruti Activities for Quarter IV of 2024 on Thursday (7/11/2024). This activity was carried out in the BPS Hall of Karanganyar Regency, attended by 10 PCLs from BPS Partners, 5 PMLs from BPS Karanganyar Regency organics, and members of the BPS Karanganyar Regency Statistics and Welfare team. This meeting was guided by a National Instructor from BPS Karanganyar Regency organics, namely Agustin Siti Aminah, SST, M.Stat.
This meeting aims to discuss field problems that are often encountered during the implementation of Seruti in the previous quarter and discuss preparations for the implementation of Seruti in the field for Quarter IV along with the fulfillment of administrative requirements. This survey will not only help the government in formulating policies, but also provide a real picture of the state of the household economy each quarter in one year in Karanganyar Regency. With accurate data, we can optimize potential and support the growth of the economic sector. This survey was conducted to obtain information related to household expenditures for both food and non-food items of selected sample households.
A total of 190 selected household business samples will have their household expenditures monitored using the enumeration method using the Paper-assisted personal interviewing (PAPI) mode in the enumeration period from November 11 to November 30, 2024. And household data collection in Seruti quarter IV will cover household conditions in October, November, and December)
With this meeting, it is hoped that survey officers can be more confident and better prepared in facing the Seruti Quarter IV survey better, and produce accurate data to support the development of data related to economic indicators in Karanganyar Regency. This activity is an important step in strengthening the statistical database that will be used to support better and more sustainable development policies in Karanganyar Regency.
