October 2020 Jawa Tengah inflation by 0.17 percent

Abstract

In October 2020, Jawa Tengah there was inflation of 0.17 percent with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.84. Of the six CPI cities in Jawa Tengah, all cities experienced inflation. The highest inflation occurred in the Tegal City with 0.22 percent with the CPI of 105.37

The main cause of inflation in Jawa Tengah in October 2020 was the increase in the prices of red chilies, shallots, house contracts, cooking oil and broiler chicken. The main barrier to inflation in Jawa Tengah is the decline in the price of eggs, gold jewelry, online tariffs for 2-wheeled vehicles, watermelons and electricity rates.
