The number of poor people in September 2022 was 3.86 million people, an increase of 26.79 thousand people compared to March 2022, but a decrease of 75.78 thousand people compared to September 2021.

The September 2019 Gini Ratio was recorded at 0.358, down compared to March 2019 which is 0.361

The total number of departures (embarkations) of Sea transportation passengers via Semarang's Tanjung Emas seaport, Jepara and Karimunjawa ports in April 2022 as many as 13,217 people, down 28.08 percent compared to March which amounted to 18,377 people. Meanwhile, the number of arrivals (debarkations) of sea transport passengers in April 2022 recorded as many as 25,609 people, up 35.37 percent compared to March which as many as 18,918 people.

Percentage of Population Poor September 2019 fell to 10.58 percent

The percentage of poor people in March 2021 in Central Java fell 0.05 percentage point, to 11.79 percent.
