Abstract
The Central Java Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) in June 2021
was 99.47, up 0.18 percent compared to the previous month's NTP of 99.28. The
increase in NTP was due to a slower decline in the Price Received Index (It)
for farmers than the decline in the Price Paid Index (Ib) for farmers. It only
experienced a decrease of -0.10 percent, while Ib experienced a decrease of
-0.28 percent.
In June 2021, agricultural commodities experiencing price
increases include grain, corn, peanuts, sweet potatoes, green onions, mustard
greens, beans, eggplant, chicory, cloves, pepper, buffalo, sheep, goats, cows,
crabs, selar , and clams. Meanwhile, commodities that experienced a decline in
prices included green beans, cayenne pepper, broccoli, green chilies, red
chilies, cabbage, nutmeg, coconut, broilers, mujair, catfish, catfish and
shrimp.
