Abstract

In September 2021, Central Java experienced a deflation of -0.10 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.00. Of the six CPI cities in Central Java, four cities experienced deflation and two cities experienced inflation. The highest deflation occurred in Semarang at -0.14 percent with a CPI of 106.24. Meanwhile, inflation occurred in two areas, namely the city of Tegal by 0.02 percent with a CPI of 106.21 and the city of Surakarta by 0.01 percent with a CPI of 105.96.
