Abstract

The total workforce in August 2021 was 18.96 million people, an increase of 213,000 people compared to the workforce in August 2020. In line with this increase, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) increased slightly to 69.58 percent.

The open rate (TPT) in August 2021 was 5.95 percent or 1.13 million people, which means a decrease of 0.53 percentage points compared to August 2020.
