Abstract

FTT is the ratio of the index of prices received by farmers (It) and the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib).
FTT is an indicator to measure the farmers’ purchasing power parity in rural areas. FTT shows the terms of trade of agricultural products with goods and services consumption and production costs.
In November 2023, national FTT was 116.73 or increased by 0.82 percent compared with that in October 2023. The increase in FTT was due to the increase in the index of prices received by farmers (It) at 1.42 percent, which was higher than the increase in the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) at 0.59 percent.
In November 2023, Bengkulu Province experienced the highest increase in FTT at 2.04 percent. On the other hand, DKI Jakarta Province had the highest decrease in FTT at 1.48 percent.
The price index of household consumption (IKRT) in November 2023 increased by 0.80 percent in Indonesia, which was due to the increase in most indexes of expenditure groups.
Nationally, Agriculture’s Terms of Trade (NTUP) was 118.30 in November 2023 or increased by 1.30 percent compared with October 2023.

Farmers’ Terms of Trade (FTT) November 2024 was 121.29 or increased 0.49 percent. Dried harvested grain (GKP) price at the farmer level decreased by 1.86percent and the price of premium quality rice.

Farmers’ Terms of Trade (FTT) September 2023 was 114.14 or rose 2.05 percent. Dried harvested grain (GKP) price at the farmer level increased by 11.69 percent and the price of premium quality rice at the huller level increased by 9.75 percent.
